CAN I KNOW YOUR PRICING?
Just head onto our Catalog and the prices are listed on each photo of all of our rentals.
DO YOU GUYS DO DELIVERIES?
Yes, we do. Please click delivery or email us. For better savings, it is better to do self pick up. To read more about this, click here.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Just add all the items to cart and once you’re ready to proceed, just “go to cart” and provide us the details required to process your order. No payments required until we’ve sent you a confirmation email of the availability of your requested items.
WHAT’S YOUR RATES LIKE?
The prices we listed on this website is based on per holding period. Our rental holding period is for 5 days, therefore, the rates is based on the 5 day holding period. The prices is not based on a daily rate. To read more on our Terms & Conditions, click here.
WHEN’S THE LATEST I SHOULD PLACE AN ORDER?
We recommend for everyone to place an order at least two weeks before the planned pick up date. Since we don’t have any full time workers, we require time to check the availability of the rentals, and to arrange for the appointments for viewings, pick ups or returns. DO YOU TAKE RUSHED OR SAME DAY ORDERS?
We try our best to fulfill rushed or same-day orders. If we’re at the storage for the day for other customers, you’re in luck! We might be able to fulfill your rushed orders depending on the availability of the rentals of course. Making the appointment ahead of time is crucial to avoid any disappointments or frustrations. WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
Changes to the booking [i.e. cancelling certain confirmed items] after the booking deposit has been made will not be refunded. However, you will be able to swap with any of our available stock of equal or less value. Refunds will only be given in the case of damages or loss to the confirmed rental items.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Payment shall be made via transfer/deposit into our accounts. We do not offer payment upon pick up as we are unable to confirm your booking without the booking deposit. Payment via cheques must be made and delivered to us a week before the pick up date. Do advise us during the booking process if that is your preferred payment method. Security deposits is made via cash upon pick up. Do take note that we will no be able to release the rentals if the rental total and security deposit is not paid in full upon pick up.
