I never had a guestbook signing area at my wedding, but if I were to have one, I would love to have something like this!
The idea is simple, instead of guests signing and writing down well wishes, they write down one destination anywhere in the world and the ONE thing they’d recommend doing/eating/seeing/buying/etc. And instead of writing it down on a book or poster, guests write down these suggestions on tiny paper airplanes! Once they’ve written it down, they just ‘send’ the paper planes on their merry way into the luggage bags for the newlyweds to read and also for them to discover these recommendations together in a lifetime!
So to get the gist of things, it’s like a travel bucketlist for the couple!
Just knowing how well travelled my family and friends are, I’m quite certain I would get great insider details to all corners of the world and I bet you would to!
So back to the tutorial, just watch the gif below to see how I had set it up.
And.. just scroll on down to see which of JRIM’s rentals that were used! Which was everything in the picture EXCEPT for the paper planes. Sorry guys, those you have to make yourselves just like I did. But fret not, the tutorials for those paper planes will be posted in the upcoming weeks!
